Waco is hosting the Balloon Federation of America's National Balloon Race competition.  Here are a couple of snaps I took today while out and about with a student this morning.  I had to use photoshop to edit the photos a bit as the originals weren't all that great.  It was pretty hazy up there this morning.  Hopefully I'll get some better shots throughout the week as this is a week-long ordeal.

That's a neat angle to make photo's of balloons! Funny how they seem different from European models, we don't see those oval-ones here, just the pearshaped balloons...
