The place is actually called Gaylord?  :o

Just google Gaylord, and you'll find an amazing array of towns, libraries, compagnies,... with that name!

As for the airport name, I googled KGLR and it is called Gaylord :D

Michigan has a nice variety of town names to go along with Gaylord, we even have a small town called Hell...not sure who named it or how it became that, but if you look on a map in lower MI there it is.  Hell.
