Here are some pre-airshow photos I took from the control tower (sometimes it pays to have friends in high places, and yes pun intended).  This first one however was from ground level.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy...

Reminds me of the Heritage Flight they had at Nellis last November. They had an F-15, a P-51, an F-86 and one other craft I can't now remember in the air, in close proximity, all at the same time. Awesome...

I was thinking the same thing; however, I'm not quite that proficient with the manual settings on my camera quite yet.

LOL, that P-51 was just at my airport on Friday, came to collect an overdue lunch from our local warbird driver.
