Sun rise at EDLP, 04:30 and 04:45. I had just finished the pre-departure check on an A320 towards the end of night shift.
The pictures are taken with my mobile/handy/cell phone. Ironically, my digital camera is 2.1 Mega pixels and my phone is 3.2!!

It is a Sony Ericsson K800i. It has more functions as a camera than a phone but it was free with my contract renewal so I am not complaining.

I find pre-dawn the best part of the day, I think all our family does.  :)

Nothing like being up, shaved, showered and shampooed and watching a lovely sunrise from 1500 feet in a bugsmasher with a good hot cup of coffee or tea.  ;)

However having said all that we do enjoy a lovely sunset as well.

Unfortunately I generally get to see them at the end of a night shift, in real need of a shower, shave and all over shampooing and in desparate need of a coffee
