I think maybe only Sean and very few others on here may be able to identify this without looking at the filename..........its an oldie......certainly rare around these parts, so when I saw it outside my place at the golf course the other day, I had to bring it along for some of the guys on here to enjoy.......... 8-)
Although its a bit worn in the paint (chips) it does look magnificent with those new wheels, certainly not original equipment !

I couldn't tell you what it is Ken, but I think it looks awsome!! Maybe it could be in a better colour, but thats just a small gripe. I think it's cool.  8-)

Cheers,

TSC.

I know it well, but I can't think of the guys name that forced Chevy to quite making them. Anybody?
That one is really clean. How many of you can say you were in one. I was.

It reminds me of the early version of Opel Manta... My parents owned one from the second generation in the same colour as the shown classic here... We, as kids, called it vomit-brown!  ;D

PS, the name in the filename only brings up another model of the Opel manufacturer...

The filename is the actual model name and not the manufacturers type.......I had to hide it a bit......there was a much more popular version called the ........oops,....you almost had me giving too many hints there !

It looks like a tiny floating man is about to take a golf club to the rear windshield in the second. ;D

Ralphs book was entitled, "Unsafe at any speed"..........it contained a heavily condemning chapter on the "  -  "
Damn, I almost gave it away again..........

I've got to stop being enticed into giving up the identity of this classic..............

More an issue of handling than risk of fire, when operating this old beast !

A friend on mine was the Corvair Club of America Northeast division President for a few years.  He has eight of them including a Corvair Monza Turbo Spyder.  I was never a big fan of them but, I liked a girl that had one so I they were o.k. at that time!!  ;)

That one looks sweet!!  It's in great condition!!
