A further installment of yesterdays glory for me.......I tried to bring everyone along for the ride, to the best of my ability and my 2 MP camera......sorry for the lack of quality in some shots, but its hard to concentrate on anything when you have a smile so big on your face that it would take a Zamboni to remove it !

The snowcapped mountains of Vancouver Island in early April........


Goose Spit, just a short distance from CFB Comox with the B.C. mainland mountains in the distance.......


Following the coastline of "tree island".........


This is Denman Island.....these treetops are dotted with Eagles sitting upon their nests.........


We went down for a closer look..........


And then we went even lower to checkout some clam-diggers.........if it looks to be only 20 ft - IT WAS ! ! !

Not sure about the Canadian rules, but in the US it's all good over open water or noncongested areas, as long as you remain 500 feet from any person, vehicle or structure... you are free to fly as low as you dare.
