Yup that is Eds little toy. I think he had a wee crash in it late last year and took a wing off...

Can't deny it looks pretty ugly, but it's still a nice idea. :)

I think it's pretty enough, except the nose: needs to be cleaner.  The fake exhaust thing gets a thumbs-down.
I think a pointier nose, housing, say, a supercharged mini diesel turbine... then it would be perfect.

Or a 60% scale Merlin or Griffon...  ;D

Not surprised if he was flying from the field in shot #1.

It's a nice job but I could never see the point of these scale replicas. The basic design is apparently a modified Taylor Titch. http://www.taylortitch.co.uk/

Cute, but I'm more of a fan of the Isaac's Spitfire (which was 7/10). :) That (being an original homebuild rather than a conversion like this) kept the Spitfires looks whilst fitting a Lycoming quite nicely at the front. :)

My god, they tried to clone a spitfire, and it went horribely wrong...

I'm sorry, doesn't look much like a spitfire... but 10/10 for effort...  :)
