I think it is, as you seen in the pictures, on runway 32, you can stand right in the runway lights, if its not great for spotting, its always good for a thrill, nothing like them coming right over your head. On 28L I will try to get back on a nicer day, all the trees are down, and it was a muddy mess the other day, and they were using 32 anyway, On 28R there is also a road that goes between the lights, they use that alot outbound, its also a good spot. I also was looking on Google earth, and there is a couple other places I am going to check out. the only runway thats a problem is 28C.
