Buckingham. Lizzie wasn't home, but the guards were. Poor guys, surveilled by billions of tourists 24/7.

Piccadilly Circus. Crowded! They walled the fountain to save some drunks from drowning in a disgusting mix of fluids (by then) on New Year's Eve.

Shame. A perfect chance for some natural selection...

Gosh that all looks familiar! Mind you I used to work just off Trafalgar Square so I was right in amongst all those places

The fencing off of the fountains is a good idea. I was hauled out of one quite a few New Years back and when the arresting officer asked me "What do you think you're doing?" I replied with infinite wit and intelligence "The backstroke"

Just as well to keep people like me out of mischief and in pubs
