KTUS Spotting (lots of pics)
Posted: Fri Feb 23, 2007 3:38 amThis was my first time out. Found a beautiful spot at the end of runway 11L. A dirt patch almost directly under the glide slope and I was as close to the airport as I could get. ;D I was pretty happy ;D Now for your viewing enjoyment 11 photos,
First one up high to get us started
Airbus?? Cant quite tell and I have no idea what airline (its heading south over Tucson if that helps)
Now for the landing aircraft,
Next 3 have some nice paints:

Personal favorite airline:
After I had been there an hour they decided to change runways on me... I wasn't too happy, a Lufthansa was due to land which I didn't expect to see here and I had to race about 5 miles to the other end of the airport. I got there in time to see a Fedex land but didn't see the Lufthansa so I'm not sure it made it in >:( Either way its was really fun to go check out the area and it was fun to use my camera for the use I intended it for ;D
And yes post is under 500kb ;D
