Just curious chaps, can any of you chaps tell which aircraft type is featured in this (poor) photo I snapped today from my home. Shouldn't be too hard.
Oh, and Tweek, don't you answer since I already told you what it is earlier! ;D

You see Typhoons over your house  :o
I'm lucky if the winds the right way then I see stuff going into Leeds/Bradford, sometimes the Yorkshire Air Ambulance or other heli's go over, nothing special.
Although I have seen at my grandparents house RAF Islanders, Beechcrafts and Hercs.

Stephen, which lens was this shot with?

Canon 400 5.6L and my trusty old 1.5x converter.

You don't need this kind of equipment to get good pics, it helps quite a bit, but you can still do pretty well on less extravagant pieces as long as you know what you're doing, as several members prove in this section! ;) :)
