This is my uni, The University of Aberdeen. It is a very large uni, with over 13,000 students. These are the nice old buildings that people recognise as uni buildings.

This is where the MSPS used to sit before they moved to Edinburgh.

The two creatures; a unicorn and a lion bearing the Scottish and English flags guarding the door in the pic above.

It's very posh inside.

what a lovely place..... Looks a bit modern that one.... Yikes! more like an apartment complex than anything.... Nice all the same!

Oh lots of nice ladies there, but I took these quick before I left on the day the uni broke up and the place was near empty of souls.

I have fond memories of Aberdeen Uni ..... although I never attended. The Aberdeen International Festival of Music for Youth used to be based in Aberdeen Uni during the summer back in the 80s. A festival incorperating 50+ nations and back in 1981 the youth orchestra that I played in was the host orchestra for the event.
We had a fantastic drunken fortnight performing, partying and going to other nations concerts. We all stayed in the Halls of residence and the Students Union was party central.

Very old. And very large at 13,000? I don't think so! A school like Ohio State is very large, more than 50,000!!!

You should see some of the Oxford and Cambridge universities.

13,000+ students? Interesting. Still looks like a place to go check out though.

My school only has 170+ students, a small town place.

You should see some of the Oxford and Cambridge universities.

Try Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews.
