Here ya go...a nice mini-double-rainbow... bing!

Image

Some airport somewhere... western NY State? I dunno; didn't have my charts handy.

Just a nice clear shot of the earth, the wing, and the sky.

Image

Such poor quality, but seeing a GA bird in flight from inside an airliner is always a fun thing for me.

Image

Another field, on the south shore of Lake Erie... Sandusky?

Image

Well, the weather was just lovely when we arrived in Chi-town...

The kind of Cessna i rarely see...

Love that SW scheme!

Next: Schaumburg Regional, etc.

Excellent shots, Sean!! :)

Now the weather is looking nicer.  It's pretty cool when you catch another plane in flight.

Excellent!  These pics just reinforce my view that FlyTampa Midway is amazing

Nice Tweet!  I saw the one at AirVenture this year, those things are antiques! I got to speak to the pilot for a while, and he said the T-37 instructors will take their Tweet patches off, and put their T-38 ones on before they go to the officer's club or something, just so they aren't picked out as Tweet IPs.  I thought that was kind of funny. :)

I would have though it'd be the other way round! Give me a T-37 over a 38 anyday! ;)

Great stuff..  thanks for sharing...

The fifth picture has me puzzled. I've landed at every airport along Lake Erie in Ohio.. I can't for the life of me place the one in the 5th picture..

The only possibilities are Sandusky and Port Clinton. Sandusky's runways actually poke out into the lake.. And if it was Port Clinton, there'd be Islands just off-shore..

Plus.. it looks like you're below cruising altitude.. That's gotta be Lake Michigan while you were on descent to Midway. I'll bet it's Gary, Indiana..

Is that the Cessna Tweet?

Sean, what's up with all the flying recently!

For work?
