KBUF-KEWR part 1

Some good plane-spotting at KBUF yesterday... there's a nice little observation area at the end of the concourse, and my gate happened to be at the end. Settled down there after 1 1/2 hrs in the security line and a quick bite to eat. Not sure if photos are permitted there, but I didn't see no sign, and if anybody had a problem with it, they could just tell me to stow the camera... no such interference...

All kinds of aircraft coming and going...


     




Just around the time our ERJ was supposed to arrive, the forecast snow-squall arrived early. Groan....      

     






Had to wait quite a while... fortunately there were cool photo-ops to distract me from the horror of being stuck here another night...



     

     
Too bad about the strips in the side-window glass; this could've been a great shot.



     
"Hmmm... is that our gate? No, I think it's a snowplow... no, wait..."





     Soon the plows are out;this is good, but the vis. is getting worse... oh pleeeez don't let me get stuck here...
