Very high probablity of getting wet ........ I usually do.

The collar thing (as you call it) is to stop him pulling when he's on the lead, it doesn't stop him biting ..... he wouldn't anyway. Just a way of controlling him rather than having my arm ripped out of it's socket.

Now that's nice... at least this doggy doesn't choke himself when pulling on the chain...  :)
