On base for 27. Not the most inviting environs, but from here the runway should be "made" no matter what, anyway. the engine being in excellent health, Mark chooses a flatter approach to make the most of the runway in the light winds.
We're about to touch down right on the numbers. Well done.
the FO is still sound asleep, which is probably every captain's dream at this moment.
