Old Warden 1/10/06 pt3

Just a few more shots from the display as it was, I don't think there was anything you've not seen before from the hangars

This Anson started off the display.....it sat for about 10 minutes waiting for the rain to clear a bit. As you can see it hadn't by the end of his display  ::)

The venerable Chipmunk, much better weather came through for this display, lots of fun

These Piper PT22's were nice. Both privately owned

And we got a spirited display from this Sukhoi as well, sorry I don't remember anything else about it or him

That's a super shot of the Chippie.

Glad you enjoyed it. Think I made the right decision to stay at home. Roll on the Spring. ;)

What you can't see in that photo is the rather menacing cloud formation to the left (north) trying to form a tornado!


And we got a spirited display from this Sukhoi as well, sorry I don't remember anything else about it or him

I missed that. They're not Pipers but Ryan PT-22 Recruits.

Nope. I'm not sure even with the extension that OW is long enough/big enough to cater for it. Talking of Dakotas, the Air Atlantique Pretice was there...
