Im not gonna type the whole title everytime, deal with it ;)

Heres the interior of the lodestar.  This is the first time ive ever been on a classic plane, and it is NICE!  I wish modern airliners would be so fancy (yes, I know that the lodestar is a private business plane, but still!)

They didnt let you sit in the cockpit, but you could get to it.  The lodestar is kinda wierd on the inside because it has the cockpit and then a jumpseat and little galley behind the cockpit with a doorway seperating both from the pax cabin.  Not something youd expect in a plane this small

Overhead.  I was a little alarmed at the fact that the COM1 and NAV1 said INOP.  The plane doesnt fly much anyways (too bad, id love a ride!)
Image
Heres what I mean by odd as far as the seperation b/w the cockpit and cabin, and thats why i couldnt sit in the cockpt

From the back looking forward, theres 2 more seats and a lavatory behind me.  The seats are COMFY!

Now this was a first for me: Clock with elapsed time dials and altimeter at the front of the cabin.  I know that Concorde had digital speed and altimeter in the front of the cabin, but I didnt know that old props did!

Comments welcome!

Next: Beech and Stearman!

It amazes me at how comfy those old cabins are despite their small size... that's a proper flying limousine, there. Is there a toilet?

Yep!  In the back theres a lavatory.  The door was closed and I couldnt see it, but there are windows for it on the outside!
