Wings and not wheels weekend pt 1
Posted: Sat Sep 16, 2006 9:14 pmWell I went to the wings and wheels weekend at the 1940 Air Terminal museum today. I went to the museum itself two weeks ago and went to the wings and wheels for the first time this weekend. We (me and my dad) will prolly go to as many of these events as possible, but the next one will have to be put aside for the airshow!
Unfortunately there wasnt much activity today, only 3 planes (the Museums Lodestar, a Beech Bonanza, and a Stearman) and no classic cars (unless you count the old fuel truck)
First up, 2 posts of the Lodestar. Its a b e a utiful plane, both inside and out. Heres the out:
OOPS! Wrong picture! Too lazy to change it, but this is the view from a passenger seat. Beautiful view. (if you want the butt shot that was supposed to be here, just ask)
