Blackpool Airport

Not being satisfied with the airshow we went up to Blackpool to see if any aircraft were in visible view and the result is...

We passed BAE Warton (i think) on the way there and i was going to get some pics of the Lightning and Canberra gate guards but my mum went the wrong way on the way back :p so i'll try tomorow.

again very nice shots, hopefully the P51 and the Hunter (MissDemeanour) will be flying tommorrow aswell.

as for the bae base, it could of either been Warton or samlesbury

Another little bit of info I have is that there were 2 harriers, I thought there would just be the one.

Another little bit of info I have is that there were 2 harriers, I thought there would just be the one.

The RAF display teams always bring a reserve. They very often need it too.

It was Samlesbury.


Totally off the subject, but my dad used to work at the Samlesbury
