Our home from home, "Casa Catuna". Built by the man who we stayed next door to, Senhor Catuna, who half owns the car rental company of which we rented our car from....quite coincidental methinks
By far my favourite photo I took. This was taken from a really nice seafood restaurant by the sea, at a perfect time in the evening. Also on that evening, a Paramotor (those who don't know, a Paramotor is a Paraglider with a motor on the back) flew over. However, the picture I took was so bad that he was a red and black blob in the centre of the picture...

The dodgiest card house ever. I've been trying for a long time to get one to stand and this is my first, true successful one (first successful one wasn't done with cards but with 15 German beermats
). Sure, it may not look like a very good card house, but as long as it stands it's good enough for me 
The locals of Casa Catuna who stayed here every night. After having come home of an evening, we'd generally find a family of Geckos; two larger ones and two smaller ones. This was one of the larger ones, and I just hope to flash from the camera wouldn't have damaged his/her/it's eyes...
