Hi guys, it's been a while since I've been to a display of any kind, so I jumped at the opportunity to see today's display at the Regatta.

The programme for the evening was:
Chinook: 17:00
Eurofighter Typhoon: 17:15
Red Arrows: 17:30

Just before I post these couple of pics...
Anyone heard how freakin' loud the Typhoon is?!
My ears almost exploded!

Not surprising when it does most of its display on full afterburner.

Nice shots Carl - would've been there myself if my brother had actually mentioned he was on his way there - as he walked out the door! Idiot that he is!!

Cheers for the comments guys, I actually think I got better results with the phone than I would've with the cam, especially with the Typhoon...I was better off filming it! LOL!

Yeah, I did notice it had burners on for most of the show, scared the life outta the missus when it first came over!

He's not paying for it... Just think - they got rid of the F3 and Jag displays to pay for his petrol...
