Slowly turning into Mr. Fozzer...

... oh Dear... trust me...  ;D

I've been less active on the forum lately and had to pospone my Merlin over Malta series, because of... the construction of a gardenshed!   ;D

Last week I started digging the trenches for the concrete border...

Image

The border was finished after quite some work! ( digging, mixing concrete, pouring, adjusting, etc...)

Image

I tiled it on thursday... first time I did that, and I'm quite happy with the result...

Image

On friday I had some relatives helping me with the construction itself...

Image

And by sunday evening I had a proper gardenshed, allready treated with varnish... now it needs a nice coulour...

Cheers,

An exhausted Omag

That's a posh shed. What are you going to use it for?

I'd call it a propper shed... lot's of Belgian peeps like to install this kind of monstrocities...

Image

We Belgians don't live in the Alps is what I say! Leave the leatherhosen where they are!   ;D

It'll be used to store my gardentools, lawnmower, gardenfurniture etc...

I was gonna make it a poolhouse, but after installing this, I'm missing the required funds to install the actual pool...  ;D

It's not that expensive, but I could have bought me that nice Canon 350 with it! And a decent lense... But I relax when I think about the other sheds that looked like this one, but where twice the price... sometimes it pays to do things yourself...  :)

I've got a spare sheep that you can pop in there, Kris...;)...!

You then have the best of both worlds....
....the wool to knit into a jersey to keep you warm,
....and the sheep to keep you company during the cold, dark, Winter nights*...;)...!

...it's what garden sheds are made for...
...trust me... :-*...!

LOL...!

Paul... 8)...!

*....and they don't argue, make you poor, and give you grief... ;)...!

Fozzers Sheep Sanctury.

(Try saying that quickly)... ;)...!

Very nice shed (well, what else am I going to say?)...

Reminds me that I helped our now-rarely-heard-from friend MarcoAviator build a metal prefab garden shed earlier this summer... I never bothered to post the photos. It turned out all right, but this wood one is much nicer.

The tools and screws were all there, but of course they didn't fit together to well... and naturally it rained before we were done with the roof. :D
