Legends 2006

Postby Hagar » Sun Jul 09, 2006 3:57 am

Duxford Legends. Warbird enthusiasts come from all over the world to see this annual event. Heres one of the Legends specially for my mate Mark. ;)

This is how the show started. Spitfires coming at us from all directions. No need for captions. Just imagine the beautiful sound of all those lovely Merlins & Griffons. Magic. :D

Looks like I made the right decision by going yesterday. The weatherman was right for once & it's horrible at the mo. Hope it clears up for Roger, Charlie & everyone going today.

PS. It's no secret that Duxford is not my favourite air display venue but it's growing on me. ;)

I reckon Duxford is the wettest, roughest place on Earth! The weather threw everything at us today from bright sunshine and clear skies to low cloud and rain. The wind was strong all day too. But did it spoil the show? What do you think? ;) ;D
Legends NEVER disappoints and today was awesome. I filled three memory cards with pictures, about 600 shots, and it will take days to edit but your shots are so good Hagar old pal, I think I
