Some people may hate rain, but I love rain for three reasons:
#1 One of the reasons that you can live
#2 Great too chill you after a hot summer
#3 Great to take lots of photos of it!

Thanks Lilley, I've used a Olympus E-500 camera, and settings was as follow:

Shutter: 1/160 sec
F.No: F8
Flash: On (auto flash)
Shooting mode: Macro

Try this yourself, and you too can get some good results!!

Yea, I guess that I have a talent for that, but maybe it's because I'm a little autistic

Rain comes here about once a year  ::) but i may try that with my new camera (COMMING TOMARROW!!) and going by what you said i should be able to do this with a shutter range of 8 sec - 1/1700 sec  cant wait  ;D

Not exactly related, but water is so awesome.  On mythbusters they once popped a water ballon and filmed it on the high speed camera.  The ballon just pulled off of the water and a sphere of water was left sitting there for a second and then it splashed down.  Gotta love surface tension

Wonderful shots Theis, different and just to let you know it is raining here again.
We are having what we call in this area ("a wet summer").  It is great for the lakes, rivers and wells but our garden will soon need some sunshine.
