E-3 "Looking Glass" gettin into the reverse thrusters. pic taken with a crappy old digicam from across the airfield at andrews AFB. i think this was winter of....1998? maybe '99
right around the same time as when i took the pic for my sig, i believe. (maybe even the same day?)
