of all the take-offs ive seen, this is the only one of a "high performance" take off i have photographed. an F-16 in full afterburn from andrews AFB, an unsteady hand, an old digicam with a 1/4 second exposure. its not the best, but has an interesting effect with the speed and lights...i guess..  :-/

that makes it look really cool,   i saw an F-16 take off full afterburner at a 45 degree angle, then keep the afterburner to catch up with his wingman. And they were both useing afterburner and just bolted  ;D was verry cool
