This little bipe was superbly handled by Ed Hamill- he really wrung it out. I don't know for sure, but it's probably a Pitts-based custom airframe much like Sean Tucker's Oracle ship.

Really not much luck photographing the early-day displays of the mighty F15 (thanks Theis) and the astonishing F16 (really bad light and too far offshore), but both put on a great show.

Typo, typo... I knew it; just tend to get the numbers mixed up. No bobble here, except the one in some artery in my brain... durrr...

Just as I was explaining to my new friends how the Eagle can accelerate on a vertical, uphill, this pilot popped up and di just that, rolling on the vertical until he was out of sight. Whee doggie!! ;D
too bad this one is so drab- great for combat, lousy for airshows.
