You are my hero, John...!!!
At least you have taken Fozzers expert advice and gone for a 4-stroke engine, rather than those fast, smokey, very-short-life-span, 2-stroke engines...!
Enjoy many years of trouble-free fun on your fantastic machine...!!!
DON'T FORGET!, regular oil checks and changes every 4,000 miles!!!

The bad news...
Its a George Bush type, Harley Davidson look-alike.... :'(...!

...but we can't win 'em all... ;)...!

Have fun, John...
..a new lease of life...trust me..
Cheap running costs, no traffic jams, etc...
...you just get wet and cold...
...but it's worth it...
...trust me... ;D...!

I passed my test on an SR in Oxford many years ago! Good little bike (and you can do 80 if you get your chin on the tank) ;)

John...

Nearly forgot...

Fozzers tip of the day:

Next job...
Get yourself a bleedin' great quality chain, and a massive lock...
...and every time you leave the bike somewhere, chain it to a strong post....
Or some thieving toe-rag will nick it...
...trust me...

Already got 2 strong and heavy duty chains, and tied it up around the concrete supporting posts around the front of my flat...  stop the thieving toe-rag's from trying to rob this one from me...... ;) (also got a camera looking at the bike to).

Excellent news, John.... ;D...!

...and don't forget to arm the explosive bolt under the seat whenever you leave the bike parked....;)...!

...but don't forget to dis-arm it before you sit on the bike... :o...!!!

LOL...!

...the funny thing is...
After my very expensive Honda CBR 600 was stolen I was discussing bike theft in general, to a Copper (Policeman), and I mentioned my idea of placing an explosive bolt underneath the bike's seat to deter/modify the prospective bike thief.
Now Policeman throughout the world are not best known for their sense of humour, and in this case the Policeman was struggling to find a legal reason to arrest me for a breach of the peace, or whatever, for suggesting such a dastardly idea....

...arse... >:(...!

LOL...!

Paul...I still reckon my idea is a good one... 8)...!
