Sleap
Hi,
given the topic of this month's screenshot contest, and gven no particular inspiration on my part, I decided to go out and have a look at some GA to see what was around.
Here's the tower at Sleap, the nearest airfield. Sally B came here a few years ago, pity I missed that!

This is the plane I had my first and so far only flying lesson in, glad to get a nice clear outside shot, as I didn't on the day

This one was just leaving, didn't get a decent takeoff shot

This little beauty was sitting to one side then taxied off across the field to the far side, to hangars I think. I looked it up and it's a Luscombe 8E. This is one pretty little plane

I thought this was too much into the sun, but even with max zoom I was pleased with how this came out. I think this is another of the school planes, but if it's yours, and you're proud of how you own your own plane then I apologise :-[

And this Piper PA31 was looking purposeful, apparently it's something to do with HRC racing, must be a nice way to get around

They've got a small museum of recovered aircraft parts from crashes in shropshire, I'll post some soon
