Marc finally got his pics from Saturday's flight to me... just some little point-n-shoot digital snaps, but they fill in the gaps nicely.

Here's our faithful steed, N75715 (180-hp "Superhawk" C172M)... she's a good girl. I have no clue what that black dot is... UFO?

Marc putting on his best brave smile as I mutter through my checklist before departure... actually, he's a terrific passenger, and now that i think about it, he's the only person who's flown with me twice since I got my PP.
The others died of fright... no, just kidding...
Marc is a real nice guy: we used to work together at a theater where I was the sound man and he was the stage manager. He's also a really hot tenor sax player... but of course you can tell that from the snazzy shades he's got.

Braving the blustery winds to sally forth for a look at Nyack, his hometown: that's the Tappan Zee Bridge dead ahead, spanning the Hudson at its widest (?)point.

Next: part 2!!

All credit to Marc; he's a great photographer. His Dad used to run the last old-school photo place in the area, doing everything from shooting passport and communion pictures to repairing cameras. He's a nice guy, too.
