SUNBREAK!

Finally, after almost a month of nearly non-stop rain, the people of Western Washington finally get a little relief :) These were taken @ Ft. Ebey State Park on Whidbey Island a few miles south of where I live. There's an old WWII bunker(s) in this area, but I didn't take pics of them. Maybe another time. Enjoy!

^^^This is Mt. Rainier, the tallest peak in Washington State @ 14,410 feet. This is the first and only picture I have of it, as I was fortunate enough to get a rare glimpse of it from all the way up here on Whidbey.

Purty. The last is somewhat Ansel Adams-ish.  :)
Sun feels good, don't it?

How wide was the lense used to take the first shot?

Thanks for the comments guys!

Yes, the sun feels wonderful! Too bad it only lasted for two days and now its back to rain and wind. But it was fun while it lasted!

All of these pics are taken with an Olympus Stylus 300 Digital Camera with 3x optical zoom and a 4mm lense (I think that's what says). It's pretty nice for a small, "take and go" type camera. But in response to Woody's question, the first shot (and last) appears to be taken on a panaromic setting or with a wide-angle lense. But I just touched it up a bit and added some distortion to get that effect
