Venice Part 1

Hey there,
So there we went, yesterday at 5am in the morning on our little trip to Venice...lovely little drive of 5 hours or so. Once there had a blasting time, ton's of water, cool places, floating cemetary etc etc...enjoy the pics, I've split in 3-4 parts in order to obey forum rules...compression took it's tool very heavily...ah welll.....:

I'll swap you. The most expensive one on there would buy about half a pizza in the UK...

Very nice!

Venezia is a beautifull city.  Went there already 3 times.  And yes, its very expensive, but when you go outside the touristic centre, prices are more acceptable :)

That's what they said about Dublin,too. But you'd have had to leave the city entirely for getting a Guinness for 3,50

Aah... Venice... saw it in the rain... still a pretty city... love the boatride to it!

Those prices aren't that outrageous... You should try the Piazza Barberini in Rome... there I had a beer worth a whopping 5,5 euro! A darn good one, since I was very thirsty, but I still can recall the faces of the young students at the next table when they got the bill... Italy... you gotta love it!
