Not saying it can't be real, but that looks sorta fake to me...
If you look at the shadows everywhere else in the pic, it would seem the sun is more or less overhead (with clouds). Where is the shadow of that enormous wing on the roadway?

Its real Rotty. The reasons for the shadow not being there for the wing, is simply because the sun isn't strong enough to cast a shadow that far away. Look at the size of the planes shadow. Its tiny compaired to the plane.
Ramos, speak to Fly2E(dave) if you need tips on the D70. He's a pro and owns the same model last I checked.

I see the shadows. There appears to be a bit of an overcast, so the shadows are blurred all over.

There is also the small issue that Airliners.net can nail your pods to the wall as you're not meant to post other peoples photos

It still has the banner underneath. Some are just too sensitive.
What harm is it really doing besides giving some free publicity.

I think that its ugly. I would have 2 emotions if I was driving under the bridge: First

at the a380, and then I would be extremely scared that the bridge would fall.

Yeah, that cant be real. The weight would crush the bridge. If you look, there is no shadow, yet when planes fly over my house at FL010, there is a shadow on the ground. Also it is under its own power in the pic. Notcie that there are no wires, or tow bars to move that plane.

For crying out loud it isn't fake. Its a cloudy day thus minimal shadowing. That bridge can take the weight of a fully loaded a340-600 an empty A380 is nothing.

In the end, its just a bus.........I really prefer a sports car.......

p.s. Yes Craig, it's real ........picking apart a shot such as this comes from those who have never been and seen the "goings-on" at high volume large airports........

I've been toying with the idea of a D70 myself as it works out a lot cheaper than the Canon 350D which I really fancy. If this is what it can do I might just go for it. Any comments? Tips, lenses & suchlike.
PS. This is only an idea. I still have much to learn about the camera I have.
