Not in the display but "visiting" ...  an Alphajet.  Are they making the "Warbirds" circuit now?

Another "oldie but goodie" - Lockheed Jetstar for sale.

While they do look similar - at a distance- the Lockheed Jetstar has four engines (although the prototype flew with two), and of course, the "things under the wings" whicih are fuel tanks.

I don't think the Alpha is a warbird just yet Felix. The French national squad still use them in the same way the Red Arrows use the Hawk ;)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Maybe a few have started trickling in to private hands, as have the Albatros, etc?

On closer inspection, the Alphajet has a US flag on the tail ..

Oooh. An ex German Alphajet. Very nice aeroplanes...

Some ex Canadian Air Force chaps won a contract to provide aggressor and target stuff for the Canadian MoD using four or five of these.

Not suprising if some are in civvy hands in the US. Great aeroplane to fly.
