Postby Fozzer » Tue Aug 23, 2005 3:12 pm

Hi All...!
More pics for your delectification...!

My all-time favourite, Mr. Cessna's delightful 337 Skymaster...!
Image

A VERY angry Bulldog...!
Image

..and a Very slippery Van's RV-7 race-winner for you...!
Image

And last,..and least!..a noisy, windy, whirley-bird....
I mentioned to the pilot that I have been trying to fly these bleedin' things on the MS Flight simulator 18 hours a day, for the past six years and it still can't master them...
"I have exactly the same problem", he says...LOL...!!

Cheers all...!

Paul.

That's better Paul. Very nice. ;)

A VERY angry Bulldog...!

That belongs to Ultimate High. The same people as the Extra in my avatar. http://www.ultimatehigh.co.uk/
I was tempted to sign up & take my PPL in the Bulldog but it's a tad expensive.

Hi Doug...!

G-RAIG. It was flown by the pilot Craig Beevers, in the Air Race...8)...!
It came last but one, 10/11... :'(...what a shame...!
The last one in the Race was the Piper Cherokee 180 flown by Len Smith, who tried his hardest...

They all had loads of fun tho'....cheered on by the spectators... ;D...!

Cheers Doug...!

No reason why not if the owners agree. It's a handicap race.

Just found my 65th birthday pressie on the Ultimate High site. Better tell them to start saving now. :o :D

$3500? if that includes flights and accomidation, i plan to save up for the lightning experience myself. Well worth the money when you consider the holiday with it.

Stunning photos Mr Fozzer. much better now they are bigger. And gotta love that gazelle, its difficult to tell but is that a middle wallop one?

I think WHsmiths just overprice things anyway..
So it still might be that price..
But not if you buy it straight from Amazing Adventures..

Dunno' Craig...

But the pilots were both Military types and had our local accent....!
The spectators were invited to sit in the aircraft "thing" to be photographed.... ::)...!

Me?...I had thoughts of constantly crashing it in the Flight Sim...so I promptly turned that opportunity down... ;).... ;D...!
LOL...!

Cheers Craig...!

Paul...A fixed wing sort of bloke... ;)... ;D...!

Probably a private Gazelle. There's one based at Shoreham.

Shame. I would have liked to see a pic of our Foz in a chopper. I don't suppose there was any obligation to fly in the thing. ::) :P

its definatly army, the red cross symbol on it gives it away more than anything else. unless its a private one in army colours?

The one at Shoreham looks much the same. Don't know if it's ex-Army or just painted in camo. Can't see the roundel or registration on Paul's pic.
