Into the sunset

Sunset Display at Old Warden on Saturday. The display didn't start until 7 pm so we got that beautiful golden light when the sun is getting low.

I left for home when the Spitfire landed at 9 pm. They were talking about waiting 30 minutes for the wind to drop so they could fly the Edwardian machines.

Kinda makes you wonder how they keep the wings on a Lysander, what, with all that greenhouse glass between them.......... ???

Beautiful Doug. Had the afternoon to myself on Thursday so I popped in on my way past on the way to Biggleswade. Don't know what they're doing to hangar 7 though...
