Wonderful WX!

Postby chomp_rock » Wed May 25, 2005 7:11 pm

Just about 1/2 hour ago we had some very interesting weather here in S. FL. Lots of rain is not unusual but the interesting part was the lighting and colour of the clouds.

The quality isn't the best I've taken but I was in a hurry ::)

BTW:

Equipment used: Nikon D70 W/18-70mm f3.5-4.5 kit lens.

Interesting sky. Reminds me a lot of the storms that came up north to Durham over the summer. I wonder if that kind of sky would be possible with real weather enabled in fs  ;) (yeah right)

Nice. The bottom one almost looks like a face is popping out.

We had some really weird looking clouds here the other day - this one big cumulus had really angular tops - like badly rendered fs (2-d) clouds.

Is that possible?! Badly rendered FS clouds look like gray squares...  ;D
