some rainy day memories

Postby Craig. » Sat May 14, 2005 4:32 pm

Well i finally figured out how to connect my two laptops together so i could transfer my photos from Yeovil 2004 and thought i would share some with you. I know some might be repeats but its been a while and some wont be. This was my first time using the 300D at an airshow and the worst possible weather to take photos. Some came out ok alot didn't.
Enough talk onto the pictures. Starting with the Helo displays and statics.
Firstly the award winning Royal navy lynx display team.

Blackhawk?

As it isn't a Ka-60, it would be a UH-60

I think that may be a pavehawk, due to the dome coming out of the nose

Very nice, Craig.

As for the "Hawk", it appears to be an HH-60, without the probe. I saw the same one last year at Dover..

Very nice Craig :)

It would seem by some of your posts it rains on most airshow days?

Good to see you are a dedicated airshow enthusiast come rain or shine.  It is great to see your shots.

Cheers...Happy Landings....Doug

thanks Dougs:)
flying trucker doug. The shots were from an unusually bad day of weather, only the second time i have ever been to an airshow with bad weather.

Hagar Doug, these have been hiding on my old computer which i couldn't get the files off of till i figured out how to connect them together. Thanks for the comments:) Might go again this year if i get a chance if not thats the last time i will be going to that show.
