Southwest said goodbye to the 737-200 on Monday as the last -200 in the fleet was retired.

Quicktime, realOne and all of those other players really ming! WMP should be the standard! (BTW, I still have quicktime and the real alternative installed on my PC  :-/)

Problem solved ;)

Great video.  Its to bad the the 200s are slowly disapearing from service.  I was looking and there is a chance I might be on one if we make it to Florida this summer.  Delta has 6 daily 737-200 flights into and out of Indianapolis. 5 from ATL and 1 from Cincinati.  FWA is closer and easier for us to fly out of but the flights from IND are much cheaper.  Im in charge of the ticket booking and if Delta is among the reasonable then ill be choosing them.  Most likely to ATL then a 767 to Fort Myers ;)  I only wonder how long they will keep theirs in service :-/

I understand why they are taking them out of service but am still saddened by it, my first flight on a US carrier was on a US Air -200 and it was only my second commercial flight. I guess they hold a sentimental value or something ::)

732's are the only 737's I like. Alaska flies them into GRAVEL strips up here. Some are cargo conversions, basicly they are about 50/50 cargo and people. Big door in the front.

Here is a pic I found of one.
