i was just at the Museum of Science and industry. they added a whole new train section (taking away the old one). if you been to MSI, it's the exhibit below the 727.

btw the 727 now features a showing, both interior and exterior, i missed the show, but on the outside they now freature retractable gear, flaps, and spoilers. it was pretty cool.

anyway, i felt compelled to show my pictres of the new train exhibit. it's a showing of the route from CHicago to Seattle

WOW!!!! Very neat!!

I was there when I was 6 and I remember the jet but not much. I live up near Green Bay and come to Chicago once in a while. Maybe I can get down there next time I'm there. That looks really neat!! Thanks for sharing the pics!! The L is so cool!!! :) :) :)

Very interesting,

I've been down there a couple times although I can't really remember anything from it.  Love the model railroads; my dad and I have begun one of our own.  We just have the track laid, so it wouldn't be worth posting any photos, and it doesn't look like we'll be finished anytime soon.  Of course that's what a hobby is, right?

Thanks for the wonderful photos and maybe some ideas for the model.
