Dover Airshow, part one

Postby flyboy 28 » Thu Dec 30, 2004 1:27 pm

Well I've procrastinated long enough... I took these shots at the Dover Airshow, Dover AFB... oh... six months ago... ::) And just today got around to uploading them and posting them... So for your entertainment, here are my crappy photos... Enjoy.

(note, some may be odd sizes to accomodate size regulations)

Your good ol' Bird Dog, looks to me, a lot like a Piper L-4 Grasshopper type,...but certainly not a Cessna L-19 ?

Vrey close - looks like a Taylorcraft to me, and L-2, which amazingly enough was also called a Grasshopper
(The Piper L-4Grasshopper being essentially a militarised Cub...)

Nice shots,

Charlie
