D-Day armour

Almost every town or village you pass through in the Normandy beachhead and surrounding area of France has a museum or collection of some kind devoted to the events of 1944. Here is a small selection of armour at the Musee Du Debarqument at Arromanches, the Musee D Day Omaha in Vierville-Sur-Mer and at the Musee Aout 1944 in the town of Falaise.

How much do they want for the Panzer? Just the way the locals here are driving I'm looking for something a little more rugged and secure ;D

How much do they want for the Panzer? Just the way the locals here are driving I'm looking for something a little more rugged and secure ;D

The drivers in France are no better as my hire car mirror will testify  >:(

My grandfather who recently passed away has a 48 Willy's Overland Jeepster convertible...;-)
