Sunset Air Display

.... or Old Warden revisited. An evening show to mark the last Shuttleworth flying display of the season. The weather wasn't ideal but I had to be there. Nothing like the perfect weather we had last weekend. Far too windy for the Edwardian flying machines but at least the rain held off. The changeable light conditions made for some unusual shots. Here's a few I quickly cropped/resized with IrfanView.

A rare visitor, The Beech Staggerwing. This is owned & flown by the same chap as P-51D Jumpin' Jacques.

I do now belive that you Hagar are the top photographer at TheV, simply awesome!!!
Love that Gladiator and that Staggerwing is pretty sweet also!!

Those are beautiful Doug, I especially like the shots of the Jungmann, Tutor, Gladiator and Tomtit ;)

Nice to see so many bi-planes flying and hopefully kept in tip top shape or ship shape Bristol fashion.
