Edit Help

Hey! Haven't posted here in a while...anyway I was bored so I decided to make an edit on this pic I took a while back...I changed a few things, but it seems "grainy". It doesn't seem as sharp as it should be. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, what camera is that? It looks great to me, and did you manually make the colors more vibrant?

Oh yeah, I found out that  if you sharpen a image before you resize it, the quality is alot better (even than resizing it first then sharping)
