P-51C 2106449 "Princess Elizabeth" of the Fighter Collection. This aircraft has been in long term rebuild now for about the last six years. It flew for on season after it arrived at Duxford but it was a composite restoration using many D model parts (wings) and it was decided to return it to stock C model standard. It was hoped it would be ready for Flying Legends in July but it now looks like next season before it returns to the airshow scene.
