Sometimes, it's good to get out of the city and enjoy small town America at it's best...

At the same field, I saw one of these.  I forget what they're called.

Nice little Lear sitting there...

At the Kankakee airport, I caught this guy just as he was about to split...

...and he gave me a little wave.

And this was there too!  An absolutley gorgeous SNJ-6!  8)

The first one is definately a long EZ, let down on it's nose because the nose gear is so fragile, the designers didn't want to have weight on it all of the time...

Lovely stuff Kevin, love the SNJ-6.
And Jared is right that is Burt Rutans Long-EZ, there is a model here for it in FS9 or FS2k2 (can't remember which) ;)

Nice one Kevin. It'll do you good to get out of the city & see what's going on in the real world. :P ;)

I should know what that lovely biplane is but can't put my finger on it.

PS. What's the difference between a Long-EZ (Long-Eze ???) & a Vari-Eze? I never did figure that out. ::)
