Awesome shots.  I got to see them perform when I was little (I think when I was 7 or 8).  I haven't seen them since-but from what I remember they are such an amazing team.  But, once again-great shots!

Wow!  :o  The first one is incredible!  Did you get to see them do a JATO with the C-130?  ;)

man, that nozzle is almost hitting the ground...amazing!!!  :o

i more a Thunderbird fan, but everybody says they suck. the Blues seems to be alot better...let's hope i get to see them both once so i can compare them myself.  ;)

JATO is Jet Assisted Take Off...don't know what RATO is (Rocket Assisted Take Off?), but JATO is mostly used when talking about this kind of take offs  ;)

Yes RATO is Rocket Assisted Take Off, I say it is RATO because those are rocket motors on the sides of the C130 not jet engines.
