Not only do the Germans beat us at almost everything (ice-hockey, football(most of the time) NFL Europe etc...)They also have bigger Police choppers than us.

Mostly Mi-2s, but I have seen a Hughes 500E as well...

Nah, most of the stuff here is elder Soviet junk, e.g. An-2s (mind you I've grown quite fond of these), the occassional Zlin (quite like these), and thats about it. Not much variety here!
A Cessna turning up at the local field is a major event :o ::)

Carl,the Super Puma just flies in some parts of Germany. AFAIK,the local police here "only" has EC-135s or Bo-105s.
