That is P7350 of the BBMF, the only flying MkII in the world, and one of only 3 still in existence.

It is also the worlds oldest airworthy Spitfire being the 14th MkIIa airframe built at Castle Bromwich (that's in Birmingham) in August 1940. It was restored to flying condition to take part in the Battle of Britain movie and starred along with a several other current UK Warbirds.
